Joe trained at Guildford School of Acting and has appeared on stage, in film and on TV.

As well as writing numerous children’s shows, she has written a screenplay, A Hundred and Fifty-Two Carats, as part of her trampoline trilogy for production company Startled Dames, and is working on a sitcom, Madame Zolga Predicts.

She’s taught drama to children and adults for zillions of years, and toured Italy, Spain, and Portugal with TiE companies.

Joe has adapted our SUDDENLY…! show into our audiobook, written the stories in our chapter book and picture book, and the poems in our poetry book.

And she is never knowingly far from an iced bun.
